Orders placed before 1.30pm will be dispatched the same day. Goods are dispatched during office hours, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and weekends.

Customs and duty

(USA & AUSTRALIA ARE EXEMPT AND DOES NOT AFFECT ORDERS) Please be aware that for orders not destined for the UK, there may be additional customs charges and taxes over which we have no control.

By placing your order, you accept that these charges may need to be paid. We are unfortunately unable to issue refunds once the order has been shipped.

Please note: for all international deliveries, some delays may also occur due to situations beyond our control, for example, Customs delays, adverse weather conditions, national/public holidays or an increase in demand. Please contact our Customer Care Team for any issues or updates with your order.

Returns

Please contact our Customer Care team on shop@iggywoo.comshould you wish to return your unused, unopened order within 14 days of receiving it. All refunds will be paid in full within 10-14 working days and will have the shipping cost deducted from the final amount refunded back to the payment method used.
