Our Return Policy:

Section 1: Requesting a Return Authorization

To initiate a return for any online order, please send an email to shop@iggywoo.com In the subject line of your email, include "Return Request" along with your order number to receive your shipping label.

Section 2: Return Guidelines

Customers have up to 14 business days from the date of receiving their order to request a return.

For candles, the items must be unused and returned in all original packaging.

For perfumes, the products must be unused and returned in all original packaging.

Discovery Sets, Single 2ml Discovery Vials, Limited Edition products, and Extraits are Final Sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please ensure your return is sent back within 7 days from the date of receiving your return label.

Total Return Period:

Altogether, you have 21 days from the day you receive your order to complete the return process. This time frame provides you with ample time to evaluate your purchase and decide if it meets your expectations.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange in accordance with our policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges are subject to product availability.

Section 3: Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of £5  will be applied to all returns. This restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping costs will also be deducted for all refunded items, this fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Section 4: Defective or Damaged Items

If you discover that one of your products is defective or has been damaged during shipping, please contact Customer Service at shop@iggywoo.com .

When requesting a replacement or refund, it's essential to include images of the damaged or defective items in your email. Photographs of the affected products are required for processing your request.

Cancellation Request:

If you wish to cancel your order, you have a 12-hour window starting from the time you placed your order to do so. To initiate a cancellation request, please send an email to shop@iggywoo.com with "Cancel Request" clearly stated in the subject line. Please note that any cancellation requests made after the 24-hour period may not be possible to process, as orders are typically processed and shipped promptly.

What is considered a final sale item?

All items that have been used, i.e. candles that have been lit, and fragrances with seals on box opened, are considered final sale. All Exploratory Sets and 2ml discovery vials are also final sale.
